* Individuals aged 20 years and above are eligible for membership.
* To become a member, an individual must register their name and pay a membership fee of Rs. 120/- per year.
* Members who fail to pay their annual dues will be removed from the membership list and lose their membership.
* The powers of the association shall be determined in a general meeting by a 3/5th majority.
* Any large donations, whether in cash or kind, must be acknowledged by the community, and the funds collected should be used solely for the development of "Bahujana Seva Samiti," not for personal expenses.
* The committee is elected in the general meeting of the association.
* The committee is responsible for carrying out the activities of the association according to the association rules, state regulations, and management policies.
* The Executive Committee consists of:

Presidents: Responsible for conducting the management activities of the association. Preside over meetings; if the President is absent, the Vice-President should preside. Has the authority to appoint a person on a monthly salary to collect monthly subscriptions from community members. Can incorporate new members with executive approval and remove delinquent or undisciplined members who do not follow community rules. Authorized to introduce the annual income and expenditure table in the General Assembly. Has the power to give rulings when other circumstances arise during meetings and to decide when voting results are equal. Holds absolute authority over community-related affairs. In consultation with the Chief Secretary, decides the date and agenda of meetings and ensures notices are issued. The General Secretary can call meetings but cannot do so independently. If any member accuses the Vice-President or the General Secretary, the President has the power to call the management team, conduct inquiries, issue warnings, and take appropriate actions. If a charge is brought against the President, the Executive will decide in class or general assembly. Vice-Presidents: Assist the President in all matters. Perform the duties of the President in their absence and preside over meetings. General Secretary: Preside over all the affairs of the meeting with consent. Responsibilities include: 1)Writing the resolutions of every meeting in the minutes book.nbsp; 2)Obtaining the President's signature. nbsp; 3)Obtaining the signatures of attending members. nbsp; 4)Preparing the list of the association. nbsp; 5)Preparing the annual report and submitting it to the executive committee. nbsp; 6)Reviewing and signing the accounts maintained by the Treasurer. nbsp; 7)Carrying out all other activities of the association according to the rules. Deputy General Secretary: Perform all duties of the General Secretary in their absence. Treasurer: Manage the association's finances as per the resolutions of the Executive Committee. Open a bank account in the association's name. Maintain and safeguard the account passbooks. Prepare and present the budget at the members' meeting with the President's approval. For transactions, any two of the President, Chief Secretary, or Treasurer must sign and conduct them. With a committee resolution, a joint account should be opened in the name of both the President and the Chief Secretary or Treasurer at any national, commercial, private bank, or post office. Elections Meeting Resolutions: Executive members shall be elected at the general meeting once every year or once every two years. The election process includes electing the President, Treasurer, and other executive members. Members should be notified 15 days in advance of the general meeting, either by certificate of posting or through a fund collection employee, along with the agenda and receipt.
* The meeting place and time must be specified in the agenda.
* On the day of the election meeting, the executive committee members should conduct elections under the president's direction by electing temporary honorary presidents from among the members.
* If an election contest occurs, it should be conducted using secret ballot papers.
* The election results should be announced by the president and reported in the general meeting.
* A general meeting should be held once every year or two years during election time, and whenever necessary, to decide on important issues.
* Emergency meetings have no time limit.

* If 3/5th of the members are not present, the meeting should be rescheduled.

* Members who create slander or spread misinformation against the society's members should be addressed through a notice from the President.

* The community should remain apolitical and focus on development and unity.
Registers to be Maintained:
* The organization must maintain a minute book, a list of members, a bill book, a correspondence register, association letter pads, and a rubber stamp.
* Members present at a meeting should not be less than 3/5th of the total membership for the meeting to be valid.
Disputes:
* All court transactions related to the organization must be handled by the President and Secretary.
* Court transactions are to be conducted within Kurnool District Court.
Bank Accounts and Funds:
* Money received on behalf of the Society (such as membership fees or subscriptions) should be deposited in a bank account.
* The account must be a joint account in the name of the Society and managed by the President, Secretary, or Treasurer
* Money should not be deposited in a national bank, post office, or recognized bank.
* Financial transactions must be approved in a general meeting.
* If necessary, funds can be withdrawn from the bank through checks that require two signatures (from either the President, Secretary, or Treasurer).
* The money received should not be used for personal expenses.
* The Management Committee, consisting of the President and Secretary, must have all transactions related to assets (such as sales, purchases, transfers, borrowing, etc.) approved by the General Body.
* Court judgments related to the company’s assets must only impact the company’s assets.
* Court transactions related to the committee should be managed by the Chairman and Secretary and conducted within Kurnool District Court.
* The 2001 Societies Registration Act applies to the Society, and Section 15 specifically applies.
